Vivado 2017.1 crash with IP CSI-2 RX, TX and DSI

Hi all,

I am trying to evaluate the MIPI CSI-2 cores on my KC705 but opening the IP from the IP catalog fro customization make Vivado crash completely. There is a similar post on this forum from a user with the same problem and it was resolved using a file sent by Xilinx. So, if any Xilinx guy is actually reading this, how could I have access to this file?

We are planning on using the IP on a future UltraScale+ custom product so any quick help would be great.

Regards,

JB

Ok, thanks for replying. I will contact my local FAE and see if it solve the issue. I looked into the AR 55854 but I found nothing obvious from the different log files besides the fact it seems to be Java related. I did some updates and cleaning reagrding Java on my system but it still crashes.

JB
