New tutorial series for Computer Vision on FPGAs for Vitis Embedded Systems
A couple of weeks back, my colleague posted on here looking for help with generating embedded systems for Vitis and it seemed like other people were also struggling to get started. We solved the issues we were facing but thought it would be useful to record what we did and make a tutorial series out of it, so that people don't have to go through the same issues we face. The idea of this tutorial series is just a beginner's guide on how to get going with computer vision on Vitis from scratch only using a Xilinx development board. This first part starts with the very basics of just generating an .xsa file and using petalinux through scripts that Xilinx has posted elsewhere. We want to expand this series in the future into using OpenCV, Vitis Vision Library, interacing with webcams and outputting video data. I hope you guys find it helpful!
