Vitis Tutorial Chapter 2 - Missing Instructions

I'm not sure where to submit this, but there's missing instructions from Chapter 2 of UG1165) to plug in the Xilinx USB-JTAG programmer to the board and host computer for the "Hello World" application to run successfully.

Please have a look at the below instructions. Micro USB cable needs to be connected to U23 for JTAG
