Creating Block Design in Vivado 2018.2

Jump to solution

Hi,

I tried to creat block desing to add ILA.But when I click add module and select top module. I don't see any block diagram, and no error message too.

Design generates bit stream, but due to design changes on block that connect AXI interface of MIG (newly generated MIG), I need ILA to help in debug.

Can someone please help? What is the issue with Vivado, , why it does not show block diagram? Even "Add to block design" is greyed out in "Sources" window though "Block Design" window is open.

Thanks,

Raghav

Hi @katsuki ,

I took different approach of adding ILA as verilog module and connected the signals. Above is something that was issue though.

I could proceed ahead.

Thanks,

Raghav
