ERROR: [Ipptcl 7-5] XIT evaluation error

After following instructions on ug936 when i implemented design, i got following error.

ERROR: [Chipscope 16-133] Failed to generate and synthesize debug IP "xilinx.com:ip:ila:3.0".
ERROR: [Ipptcl 7-5] XIT evaluation error: Invalid file name: c:/Users/adeelasif/AppData/Local/Temp/u_ila_0_CV_2-3816/u_ila_0_CV.srcs/sources_1/ip/u_ila_0_CV/u_ila_0_CV_ooc.xdc

Changing TEMP env variable to c:/temp (as suggested on one of the forum thread) did not work out.

Which version of tool you are using?
Did you tried with latest tool version?

You can try below suggestion it might work:
set following environment variables tcl commands:
set_param chipscope.createIpInWinTemp 0

Hi,
You may also try the following tcl command.
set ::env(TEMP) c:\\temp

This is a know issue in 2013.3 and is fixed in 2013.4

I am using vivado 2013.3 and trying to update to 2013.4 from last 1 month but your webmaster is not even replying :(
