ILA probes missing

Hi,

I had marked an AXI Lite connection in the block design for debugging. I'm seeing that the AWADDR probe is missing from both the schematics and in ILA probe.

After synthesis, I have setup debug for all the AXI Lite signals but not sure why some of them are either split and AWADDR is missing . Did anyone face similar problems?

Remove core, re-insert core and try again.

Are you using Mark_debug? In the split bus, are bits missing? Might try using a dont touch on the awaddr signal, along with a mark_debug. Also make sure you have hierarchy flatten turned off.
