[Labtools 27-1437] Failed to get a response from the Debug Core Hub on device xc7v585t_0 (JTAG device index = 0), in user chain = 1.

[Labtools 27-1437] Failed to get a response from the Debug Core Hub on device xc7v585t_0 (JTAG device index = 0), in user chain = 1.

 

when try to program device, the error appear. What is the reason? and how can i fix it?

Hi Jenny,

 

The error generate at step of open target. I haven't download bit file yet.

 


May be you have downloaded the bit file to the board in a previous HW session. Try opening a new HW target, try powering off and powering on the board.

Hi Jenny,

Are you sure that the device was not configured? Can you please check the status of the done signal?

It looks to me that the device was configured and the clock to the debug hub is not available.
If this is the case, make sure that you connect a free running clock to the debug hub.
