iMPAC with SPARTAN 3-AN: How to transfer user data to FPGA's internal Flash

Hi,

I have a system with a SPARTAN-3 AN (with Internal Flash), and I will use the part of the Flash not needed for the FPGA program as user space, my data will be stored in several consecutive Flash pages.

My need:

-          I would like to test my FPGA program with different User data.

My question:

-          How using iMPACT can I transfer my user data directly to the  Flash pages?

-          If not possible:  is there any way to do that? Or how can I generate the bit file with my user data on the correct Flash pages?
