[HELP] Failed export compliance verification

Hi,

 

I'm trying to download Xilinx_Vivado_SDK_2017.2_0616_1_Win64 but after filling all the necessary information i get the following error :

 

"We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification."

 

i have already looked for solution( https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html ) but the error has not been resolved, can anyone from Xilinx verify my profile please ?

BTW, as a recommendation, since your profile was blocked in the first place, there is a chance that each time when you update your Xilinx.com profile in the future, it will get blocked once again. Hi @azizisma10,

 

Have you done this step?

 

In order for your profile to be reset and cleared, please send an email to Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.com) indicating your "export compliance issue" and they in turn will contact Xilinx Customer Service on your behalf, who would be able to screen and verify your profile and re-activate this then, so that you can login and download the required software without issues.
