Impact unable to connect to AC701 kit

I recently purchased the Artix-7 FPGA AC701 development kit and connected it to my computer. When trying to connect to the device using impact I get the following error: "There are many unknown devices being detected. Press Yes to continue or press No to stop". I pressed yes and get "Identify Failed". Below is a copy of the text appearing in the Impact console. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi @chogstro 

 

Try latest version of iMPACT i.e., 14.7.

Reduce the JTAG cable speed and see if the issue still occurs.
