I followed the document (PG053) and generated a CPRI of 6.25 Gbps by core generator.
It works if connected by SMA as the document illustrate.
However, when I tried change the GTP from SMA connectors to SFP+ connectors by changing the ucf file as the following:
original: INST "cpri_block_i/gt_and_clocks_i/gtwizard_i/gt0_gtwizard_i/gtxe2_i" LOC = "GTXE2_CHANNEL_X0Y8";
modified: INST "cpri_block_i/gt_and_clocks_i/gtwizard_i/gt0_gtwizard_i/gtxe2_i" LOC = "GTXE2_CHANNEL_X0Y10";
The generated bit stream is not work and the indicator shows the clock seems some problems. (plz refer to the attachment) I checked and verified the connection of the X0Y10 instance, it shares the same clock with X0Y8 in another example.
Is there something I missed?

Just moving to another GTP means that all the wires to and from it must be re-routed.
Are there any warnings or errors in teh timing report? Any warnings or errors in any report?
How do you test that "it works?"

the timing report shows no violation in timing constraint and no error but some warnings almost as the same
as SMA connector.
The test method is to utilize the chipscope instances in the example by Analysis.
some events listed as the following indicate the IP works correctly or not
1. no alarm
2. "clk_ok" is stable
3. CPRI rate is stable
4. the byte count is increasing
5. no IQ error
1. alarms (L1 sync error)
2. "clk_ok" is unstable (high/low changing)
3. CPRI rate is unstable (negotiating)
4. the byte count is zero
