block memory in xilinx core generator

How to generate the COE file and to load it in the core generation process in the BRAM.From where should i take the COE file i.e how should i generate this and then load it in the INIT file.

e.g:i have 256 input combinations...so how to load it in INIT file.one snapshot i am attaching here with.

1) generate the COE file following the syntax http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx13_1/cgn_r_coe_file_syntax.htm

 

2) On page 4 of the Coregen for the Block Memory Generator, check the Load Init File box and browse to your created COE file.
