Avnet ultra96 board

Hi there.

I want to take signals with 3.3V level from my Avnet Ultra96 Board.  As I can see, avnet ultra96 has a bank which can support that voltage but, it isn't what I see in my osciloscope. Can I really take 3.3V from this board? and if so, how?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Andres2460 ,

Perhaps you are better of contacting Avnet directly, since this is their board, so they can advice further on this? This is just my advice. Perhaps someone else would be able to advice further on this?

Kind Regards,

The LS expansion has 16 PL I/Os, labeled HD_GPIO[0:15]. These come from Bank 26 with an I/O voltage of 3.3V.Check out Table 7 in https://www.element14.com/community/docs/DOC-96712/l/ultra96-v2-hw-user-guide-v13pdf

The HS expansion has a total of 30 PL I/Os, but you have to be careful looking at the I/O voltages.

  • 2 PL I/Os on Bank 26 (3.3V)
  • 27 PL I/Os on Bank 65 (1.2V)
  • 1 PL I/O on Bank 66 (1.2V)

If you have specific questions about Avnet boards, I recommend using the Avnet forum at
