     I want to buy a Xilinx FPGA board that has two usb3.0 ports and a hdmi, which type of board can somone suggests me to buy？

The ZCU102 Evaluation Board seems to have what you want.

Check out other options such as the Trenz TE808 series (plus carrier board to get USB 3.0 ports), the Avnet UltraZed-EG, etc., not sure if they have 2x usb 3.0.

You can use  Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation Kit: https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/ek-u1-zcu102-g.html#hardware

It has:

• HDMI video input and output (3 GTH)
• USB2/3
• USB UART
• USB JTAG
