Repair or claim warranty

MY CUSTOMER NOTICED THERE IS DEFECTIVE ISSUE FOR 1 PC OF PART (PN#EK-U1-ZCU106-G).
THE SMOKE FROM PART DURING COMMUNICATION THRU CHIP2CHIP INTERFACE (aurora 64/66B) AND OPERATION IS FAILED ALSO.
THEREFORE, MY CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE OR REPAIR (CLAIM WARRANTY IF POSSIBLE). CAN XILINX SUPPORT THE COMPONENT REPLACEMENT? PLEASE ADVISE.

For repair or RMA (Return Material Authorization), you would require to create a Service Request (SR) to Xilinx Support and then they can help you further.

To create a Service Request, please check AR#64454.

Additionally, to know more about RMA, check AR#25183.
