can someone tell me the difference between Evaluation Kit "EK-K7-KC705-CES-G" and Evaluation Kit "EK-K7-KC705-G".
what does "CES" stand for?

CES stands for Common Engineering Sample and the later one is production

Commercial temperature grade, engineering sample.
During the release fo parts to production, markings represent what stage the procesws was in:
ES - engineering samples (test program and characterization in process)
CES - (or IES) tested for commercial temperature ( or industrial temperature range), meeting specifications in the data sheet
C, I (M, A) - in production (production qualified) Meets all specifications.
