xm105 compatibility

Jump to solution

Hi,

I need a debug card for the FMC I/O connector. As far as I can see, the XM105 board documentation does not tell anything about compatibility with the 7 series FPGAs (I own a KC705 - Kintex 7 evaluation board). May I assume this compatibility? Is there any new debug card for 7 series FMC connector?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

There are no known issues with the XM105 and 7-Series boards so they should be compatible.

KC705 is equipped with two FMC connectors, 1 LPC (Low Pin Count) and 1 HPC (High Pin Count)
XM105 is equipped with 1 HPC connector.

So for the correspondence between KC705 carrier and XM105 board signals refer to the board docs available online.

Please be aware of this AR #52888 for KC705/XM105:
