[zcu111 + XM500] Why is the higher frequency output Voltage(pp) higher ?

I conducted some experiment.

  1. Use rf tool to send sine wave to the board. Change frequency only, power is the same(0dBFs@20mA/2.5V). And connect DAC output to the Oscilloscope to see the output Vpp. I found something weird, when wave frequency higer, Vpp higer. What cause this happened? Some of records of this experiment are as follows.

  2. The weird thing aslo happend at input of ADC, I used another SG(Signal Generator) as an input of ADC. At the same power(0dBm), the higer frequency of sine wave can get more higer Vpp in rftool. However, if I connect the SG to the Oscilloscope, the Vpp will not change with varied frequency(at the same power 0dBm). Same questions here,  what cause this happened?
