Overclock GT_REF_CLKs on Aurora 64b/66b

I'm currently using an Aurora Core in my design which is on the VCU 128 board. The GUI allows me to set the line rate of the aurora core up to 25.7813 Gbps. I need a 32Gbps line rate so I've tried bumping up the GT_REF_CLK in the simulation which has worked successfully (based on the fact that the usr_clk outputs a higher frequency). I tried doing the same thing in hardware, but if I use any frequency even slightly above the expected gt_ref_clk frequency in the GUI, rx_channel_up and rx_lane_up will never go high. Does anyone know if there's another way I can reach 32 Gbps using Aurora
