In my designed project ,, I used Block Memory Generator inside the microblaze local memory. In this I am using as a mode BRAM controller mode and memory Single Port ROM. so for this i created a .coe file for the future application . and i need to generate .mem file for this usage but it is not generating the data2mem file for the application. here I attached the images.
Any one know about this could you please help me??
